Yawdi's Beer Mustard Potato Salad


Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes (your preference)

  • Salt

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup YAWDI’S BEER MUSTARD

  • 1/3 cup sweet relish

  • 1 scallion thinly sliced

  • 1 can sweet green peas (optional)

  • 1 can sweet corn (optional)

  • 1 can carrots (optional)

Directions

  • Wash and peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks (or your preference)

  • Put potatoes in a large pot of salted water; bring to a boil. Cook until just tender, 20-25 minutes. Drain; let cool

  • Stir together mayonnaise, YAWDI’S BEER MUSTARD and relish; season with salt and pepper

  • Fold potatoes into mayonnaise mixture.

  • Fold in peas, corn, carrots and scallions. 

  • Refrigerate; covered, until ready to serve.
