Yawdi's Pork Tenderloin


Ingredients

  • 1 Pork tenderloin

  • ½ cup YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius)

  • Season Pork Tenderloin to your preference and place tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan

  • Roast tenderloin in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the centre (internal temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit of 654 degrees Celsius)

  • Add YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY to a sauce pan over low heat until jelly is completely melted.

  • Brush YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY mixture over pork tenderloin

  • Continue to bake tenderloin until YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY coating is hot (another 5 minutes)

  • Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing

    Serve with your favourite side dish
