Yawdi's Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1 Pork tenderloin
½ cup YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius)
Season Pork Tenderloin to your preference and place tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan
Roast tenderloin in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in the centre (internal temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit of 654 degrees Celsius)
Add YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY to a sauce pan over low heat until jelly is completely melted.
Brush YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY mixture over pork tenderloin
Continue to bake tenderloin until YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY coating is hot (another 5 minutes)
Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing
Serve with your favourite side dish
