Yawdi's Yoghurt Breakfast Parfait


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 4 cups yoghurt (vanilla or Greek)

  • 1 cup granola

  • ½ cup YAWDI’S LAVENDER PEPPER JELLY

Directions

  • Dice strawberries into smaller pieces

  • Whisk YAWDI’S LAVENDER PEPPER JELLY until smooth

  • Add YAWDI’S LAVENDER PEPPER JELLY mixture to yoghurt. Whisk until combined.

  • Layer yoghurt in 4 cups beginning with ½ cup of yoghurt mixture, sprinkle of granola, a few spoonfuls of chopped strawberries, few blackberries and blueberries

  • Repeat layers one more time

  • REFRIGERATE until ready to serve
