Recipe: Yawdi’s Jerk Salmon

This is a delectable combination that will also work well with Halibut, trout or any other firm-fleshed fish.
Ingredients
2 tbsp Yawdi’s® Jerk sauce
4 salmon fillets skin on
Preparation
Lightly score the filets so that the marinade can penetrate into the meat more.
In small bowl, mix together the Yawdi’s® Jerk sauce and Salmon.
This recipe will work well in either the oven or on the BBQ
Oven
Preheat oven to 410 F / 210 C
Place fish, skinned side down on a greased grill.
Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes
BBQ
Place fish, skinned side down on a greased grill over medium heat
Close lid and grill until fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes
