Recipe: Yawdi’s Jerk Salmon


Portion size: 4 

This is a delectable combination that will also work well with Halibut, trout or any other firm-fleshed fish.  

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Yawdi’s® Jerk sauce 

  • 4 salmon fillets skin on

Preparation

  • Lightly score the filets so that the marinade can penetrate into the meat more.  

  • In small bowl, mix together the Yawdi’s® Jerk sauce and Salmon. 

This recipe will work well in either the oven or on the BBQ

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 410 F / 210 C

  • Place fish, skinned side down on a greased grill.

  • Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes

BBQ

  • Place fish, skinned side down on a greased grill over medium heat

  • Close lid and grill until fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes
