Yawdi's Jerk Portobello Mushroom


Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello mushrooms

  • 4 tbsps. YAWDI’S JERK MARINADE

Directions

Mushrooms

  • Wash and remove stems, using a spoon scoop the ribbed flesh from the mushrooms

  • Place Portobellos in a bowl and add 4tbsps of YAWDI’S JERK MARINADE

  • Rub the marinade all over the mushrooms (until well coated)

    Grill

  • Preheat grill, brush grates with a little olive oil (or preference)

  • Place mushrooms on grill (flat side down) for 5 minutes

  • Flip and grill another 5 minutes

  • Remove from the grill and plate
