Yawdi's Jerk-Bbq Wings With Red Pepper Jelly - In The Air Fryer
Ingredients
1 pound chicken wings (drummettes/flats)
4 tbsps. YAWDI’S JERK MARINADE
4 tbsps. YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY
Directions
Wings
Wash and pat dry chicken wings and place in a bowl
Add 4tbsps of YAWDI’S JERK MARINADE to wings
Rub the marinade all over the wings (until well coated)
Place wings in the AIR FRYER (do not overcrowd)
Fry the wings for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (or highest temperature) then flip and fry another 10 minutes (or until your preference)
Sauce
4 tbsps. Of YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY
Whisk with 2 tbsps. Water to “runny” consistency (add water to help with desired consistency)
Final
Remove wings from AIR FRYER place in a bowl
Add YAWDI’S RED PEPPER JELLY mixture to wings. Toss until wings are well-coated.
