Yawdi's Roast Beef Sandwich


Ingredients

  • 4-8 buns of your choice (Kaiser, sourdough etc.)

  • Cheese of your choice (gouda, asiago, cheddar etc.)

  • 4 tbsps. YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD

  • Toppings of your choice (arugula, onions, pickles etc.)

  • 2 pounds Roast beef (thinly sliced or to your preference)

Directions

  • Spread a layer of YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD (2tbsps.) to the bottom of the toasted bun of your choice

  • Add some arugula (your preference) over top of the YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD

  • Fold over several slices of the sliced meat and add it over the arugula

  • Finally, build your sandwich with other toppings of your choice (onions, micro-greens etc.) and spread another light layer of YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD (2tbsps.) to the TOP BUN to complete
