Yawdi's Roast Beef Sandwich
Ingredients
4-8 buns of your choice (Kaiser, sourdough etc.)
Cheese of your choice (gouda, asiago, cheddar etc.)
4 tbsps. YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD
Toppings of your choice (arugula, onions, pickles etc.)
2 pounds Roast beef (thinly sliced or to your preference)
Directions
Spread a layer of YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD (2tbsps.) to the bottom of the toasted bun of your choice
Add some arugula (your preference) over top of the YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD
Fold over several slices of the sliced meat and add it over the arugula
Finally, build your sandwich with other toppings of your choice (onions, micro-greens etc.) and spread another light layer of YAWDI’S HORSERADISH MUSTARD (2tbsps.) to the TOP BUN to complete
